I’ve always loved baking.  

In January of 2021 I’ve decided to take my love of baking one step further, after lots of persuasion from family and close friends, I opened a small home business where I offer my pastries.

I’ve made cakes, cookies, desserts, challahs and I loved every moment of it. I was busy all the time and had a lot of fun and then my birthday came 45 (I also can not believe it !!!) and at that time I started watching YouTube videos of people piping cupcakes and discovered new love and a new world.  A few days before my birthday I saw a video a designed birthday cake with pink ombré rosettes… Anyone who knows me knows that pink was never my color, I have no way to explain this new attraction. 

I decided to make myself the cake that not only challenged myself but also made it kosher for Passover (gluten free). To my surprise I succeed and I did it! I made my first designed cake. 

While I was piping the rosettes something happened to me I have no way to explain, but I enjoyed every second  and when I finished I stared at the cake in shock, I couldn’t believe I really did it!  I still get that feeling with every cake and dessert I make and I wish it would always stay that way! The feeling I had flooded me and then came the reactions which helped me realize that this is what my heart has chosen to do and this is what I need to do. It fills me with other levels of happiness and satisfaction. 

It is the passion that burns in me and this is what I want to do everyday all day.
